Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Hello, MeganMarkVerveLabelGroup. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). To be clear: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and articles should be written from neutral point of view and in a neutral tone. Editors with a close connection to a subject—like employees of the company—often have difficulty maintaining neutral tone because of their conflict of interest. It's clear that this is the situation with the Verve Records article. If you would like to recommend a change, you may suggest it at Talk:Verve Records.
