Hi Maginks, you've been making great contributions to "critical reception" sections. I'm hoping you can have a look at our guideline for sources at WP:Reliable sources. For example, in World War One (video game) we can't really cite the "Out of Eight" website, as it's a self-published blog. "IT Reviews" is okay - it looks like they have a reasonable editorial process. Leave a message for me if you need any further information. Hi Cameron,

The site is run by an old friend of mine. Would that be a problem? It's one of my stock sources of independent reviews, although I've only mentioned it where I feel it adds value to a Wiki entry. This is a problem. Seeing as you have an admitted connection to this site, and a majority of your contributions seem to involve linking to this and similar commercial sites I would recommend you consider contributing in other areas otherwise you may find yourself blocked for spamming. Please read WP:COI. This site has also not been established as a reliable source, you can invite further discussion on that subject here. Unfortunately, you need to stop adding these links, as there is a clear conflict of interest. It appears that your are pretty much the only person adding links to this site, which suggests that it has not yet achieved the notability necessary to be used as a reference source - especially on such a wide scale. Furthermore, even if the site were deemed suitable for inclusion, you would still be in a COI position based on your association with the site. You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
