Sarah Quintana moved to draftspace

There's currently a single reference of required depth in the article (the June 2019 OffBeat feature). That does not suffice for demonstrating notability, I'm sorry to say. Please find at least one further source of comparable quality before putting this into mainspace. For further guidelines, please see WP:NSINGER.
