haha, cool[edit]

wow, you collect bills and coins? have you contributed to the pages relevant to those subjects on the wikipedia? I'm interested in learning more about your collection :D RyanRP 08:16, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The numismatic pages are quite extensive and edited by folks a lot more knowledgeable on the subject than me, so no, I haven't contributed. As for my collection, what would you like to know? LordCo Centre 08:40, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Whatever happened to the website? I really would like to see some of those products! Brokenfrog 05:48, 14 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I shut it down due to lack of interest. I suppose that the joke had run it's course, and in the end I was pretty much updating it only for myself. I have complete archives for the site, and might bring it back in one form or another in the future. LordCo 08:26, 26 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Anna Anderson[edit]

I am leaving this message on your talk page, as well as mine because I think it is easier that way! (You might think I am weird) I would assume that the edits you reverted probably are false. However, I know so little about the topic I would just wait until someone that knows a little more about the topic can come along and tell whether they are vandal edits or not. Ayudante 01:39, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

lol. That was another one of the reasons I was reluctant to re-revert. In any case, thank you for looking and for your opinion, I really appreciate it. LordCo 01:44, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Not a problem! Ayudante 02:34, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dynamically assigned IP addresses[edit]

I just came to wikipedia and received a 'message' informing me about a reverted edit on the Glaucoma page and advising me to use the sandbox for any test edits.

I've never even made an edit to the Glaucoma page, let alone any vandalism. You are aware that there would be many wikipedia users out there who are not on static IP addresses, I trust?

Sending 'anti-vandalism' messages to users based on nothing but an IP address that may well be dynamically assigned and therefore used at different times by many different people seems kind of silly. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.44.42.26 (talk) 01:17, 10 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

WP:CVU status[edit]

The Wikipedia:Counter-Vandalism Unit project is under consideration to be moved to {{inactive}} and/or {{historical}} status. Another proposal is to delete or redirect the project. You have been identified as a project member and your input as to this matter would be welcomed at WT:CVU#Inactive.3F and at the deletion debate. Thank you! File source problem with File:Lc-canflag.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Lc-canflag.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. If the image is copyrighted and non-free, the image will be deleted 48 hours after 15:20, 12 January 2011 (UTC) per speedy deletion criterion F7. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Calliopejen1 (talk) 15:20, 12 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

An old contributor to LordCo Centre[edit]

Hi, I'm Tracer, a contributor to LordCo Centre back in the day. I'm trying to find archived copies of the old LordCo articles I wrote, but the new lordcocentre.com site appears defunct. Do you still have those old articles someplace? E-mail me at rogermw@ix.netcom.com

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
