How to tag an article for erroneous scientific content ?

---> the article copper carbonate is incorrect, as CuCO₃ does not exist as such. It should be indicated on the web page: CuCO₃ is often used as an example for basic inorganic chemistry exercises, therefore erroneous knowledge could propagate quite far. Unfortunately, changing the page requires to rewrite most of it, and I don't have the time now!

The simplest way to tag for a factual error, scientific or not, is the fact tag, then (as you've done), mention the issue on the talk page. You don't really need to add the tag, but it can draw attention if you don't get a response on the Talk page in the next few days.

I loaded the paper, and I believe your interpretation of the paper is incorrect. Bottom of page 496, the existence of CuCO3 is specifically indicated. But perhaps I missed your point, or a point in the paper, I'm not a chemist.... That discussion should happen on the article Talk page, not here, so that people familiar with the topic and article can contribute to the discussion.
