Hi Juergen. Yes, I have verified that the text on the page is plagiarised word-for-word from the 1980 edition of Jane's Encyclopedia of Aviation. I agree that it's unlikely that Jane's owns the images there; however it's just as unlikely that Aviastar does; therefore all this means is that the images are infringing on the copyright of some unknown third party and that we still should not link there. --Rlandmann (talk) 20:22, 15 April 2010 (UTC)

The terms of use of the website states that copying is only allowed for non-commercial use. Such licencing is incompatible with wikipedia. Releasing the content so it could be used (and proving that you have the right to do so) should probably be done via the process described at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials - you may want to ask at Wikipedia: Media copyright questions. In any case, your website does not appear to be a reliable source, and so is unsuitable for use as a reference anyway.Nigel Ish (talk) 07:58, 26 April 2015 (UTC)
