The article Hannibal Buress has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Help me[edit]

{{helpme}}

What is wrong with my Baron Vaughn and Hannibal Buress pages? I thought I fixed them. They are hilarious comedians, thought they deserved a page.

If you read the messages placed here and on the articles, you will notice that they don't say that they don't deserve a page (that's a question of notability) but that (when you created them), they did not contain any reliable sources. You can use the links provided on that "tag" on the article to find such sources. Please do so and add them to the article (e.g. newspaper articles, magazine entries about the subject etc. - not personal blogs or webpages though!). After you have done so, you can safely remove the "{{dated prod blp..." part from the article. If you need any help with this, you might want to read Wikipedia:Your first article. On a side note, please remember to sign your messages on talk pages such as this one using four tildes (~~~~). Regards SoWhy 06:58, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

April 2010[edit]

Please do not add or change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to 40-yard dash. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. —bender235 (talk) 03:12, 23 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
