Love Island days

Hey, remember to take the weekend merged day into account in Love Island. Due to no Saturday episode, a day is always skipped for it to catch up with current real time, although it's manipulated on the programme for it to look like it's continued. ThisIsDanny (talk) 22:21, 5 July 2021 (UTC)

Read this article. The islanders get a day off on Saturdays therefore a day is skipped but it's not made obvious in the show. Have you noticed how all past series Sunday episode just carries on as normal yet somehow time catches up? ThisIsDanny (talk) 22:39, 5 July 2021 (UTC)

Although thinking about it since it did specifically say 24 hours, Rachel could have made the decision on Day 6, meaning Day 7 (Saturday) is skipped. Either way the new girls entering is on Day 9 as time will have caught up. They also used to post on the app and website at the end of every episode with "things we learnt on Day X" to help, and would always skip a day when it came to Sundays, however this year they haven't been posting them at all.
