Why the rapid-fire deletions?[edit]

Why are you doing rapid-fire deletions and triggering filters? Please stop and explain. -- Alexf(talk) 15:28, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Alexf, this link is in spam list, and is definitely redundant. Also it will create problem for people who try to edit the article. --Grenck (talk) 15:29, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
You are not using edit summaries, and are clogging the filters with warnings. Please stop and discuss. I am not disputing your reasons, as I do not know enough of the subjects or the links. I am asking to put a stop until this can be discussed at ANI. If this has been discussed before and you have obtained consensus, please point to it. Until this is done, please stop clogging filters, else we will be forced to put a temporary block and open a case for discussion. I rather you do it in good faith. -- Alexf(talk) 15:33, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Alexf, this has been added by admin - Black Kite. Therefore I assume that consensus was obtained--Grenck (talk) 15:37, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Ok. As I am not familiar with it let's ping Black Kite. As I said, I am not disputing your actions. Saw an alert from rapid triggering of filters. You should do it slowly and in any case use proper edit summaries, -- Alexf(talk) 15:43, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Museum of Philistine Culture moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Museum of Philistine Culture, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Cherry into Prunus subg. Cerasus. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was copied, attribution is not required. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 19:16, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Eter[edit]

A tag has been placed on Eter requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

R3 and G5 by User:Grenck

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. signed, Rosguill talk 21:48, 2 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Lydnevi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Oneliner about a language sketch, which is little more than an alphabet and one sample text, no non-trivial coverage in relevant sources

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 09:00, 8 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
