Empty project templates can still be classifying correctly

Hello, please don't reclassify redirects as stubs as you did with eg London Buses route 248 yesterday by adding a stub class. Most/all project templates are clever enough that if they are placed on a redirect, draft, category etc without a class parameter being set, they automatically assign the correct classification so it is wrong to think that an "empty" project template is not doing anything.
