Welcome to Wikipedia. You removed content from Wikipedia with this edit of yours to Adi Granov, but without providing a valid rationale for this. The photo is not "out of date", it is merely one from 2011. Ageism is not a recognized criterion for photos in Wikipedia articles, as there is no time limit on their use. For this reason, this standard is a fabrication of yours, and your removal of the photo, which you enacted without replacing it with a photo of equal or superior quality (leaving the Infobox without one for three months), is contrary to the practices of the editing community here on Wikipedia, and inappropriate.
