Riksmål and Dano-Norwegian[edit]

Please stop reverting my edit to the Riksmål and Dano-Norwegian articles without giving a reason. I have redirected them to the Bokmål article after having incorporated the texts in that article. Thus everything is covered there. If you feel there is a problem with this, please tell what the problem is.

Please see the Wikipedia rules for dispute resolution. In particular, note that repeated reverts are forbidden and that discussion is compulsory when disputes arise. Plutix 09:09, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove content from Wikipedia, as you did to Dance. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Please also stop making nonsense edits to Flag of Norway. Valentinian T / C 09:59, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Norwegian language[edit]

Please make sure your edits are factually correct. Inge 19:43, 15 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Somali, Romansh etc.?[edit]

Why do you keep listing ISO codes for Somali, Romansh and other languages under Italian language? That article is about Italian language, not about languages spoken in Italy, by Italian citizens, in former Italian colonies and so on. They are mostly covered in List of languages of Italy. Thanks, Goochelaar 10:55, 16 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Tabán[edit]

Hi. Thanks for offering a translation of the Hungarian text on this page. However, I don't understand even the English translation. Do you speak Hungarian yourself? Let's work on this together to make it a good translation. Thanks. Cbdorsett 14:42, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Norwegian alphabet[edit]

Please stop making edits claiming that Norwegian doesn't contain the letter Y. Last time I checked, both "By" and "Øy" were common Norwegian words. "Fylke" also jumps to mind. Valentinian T / C 20:39, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, you will be blocked from editing. Plutix 07:25, 20 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

And stop editing messages written by others! I've undone your edits to my message above. Valentinian T / C 09:17, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Pages needing translation[edit]

Hi. I appreciate your efforts to help out with pages needing translation, but it's probably best to avoid using a machine translator in future. Some of the material you translated came out as gibberish in English. It's always better to leave these pages in the original until a human translator can make an attempt at rendering them accurately in English (or decide they fail Wikipedia policies and should be deleted). All the best. --Folantin 08:26, 23 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Latin Asia, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.photonicsknowledge.com/search/Latin_Asia. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot 20:46, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Stub template on user page[edit]

Hi Fiet Nam. I hope you don't mind that I subst'ed the stub template on your user page and removed the category link; I did this so that your page doesn't turn up in a category of articles for editors to expand.

Talk page deletion[edit]

Maybe you don't want a talk page but you're getting one anyways. This is essential for other editors to contact you. Pascal.Tesson 20:08, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What is your agenda?[edit]

Why do you repeatedly try to squeeze an "Alemannic alphabet" into Alemannic German[1]? And why do you list these links on you userpage?

-- Matthead discuß!     O       07:18, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Erm, just a bit confused by your edits to German language. I assume placing the links at the top of page was a simple error. But the additions to the country codes were a little odd - Norwegian is not a dialect of Modern High German - it's a distant cousin at most. And Finnish and Estonian - well, they're pretty much as unrelated as you can get from German whilst staying on the same continent! (see Finno-Ugric). Anyway, take a look at my edits there, and get in touch if you have queries. Knepflerle 12:48, 28 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

TfD nomination of Template:Infobox Water[edit]

Template:Infobox Water has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for Deletion page. Thank you. — Jesse Viviano (talk) 20:42, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The article Northern Sami Wikipedia has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable version of Wikipedia: the article either includes only non-independent and self-published sources (especially Wikipedia itself), or has no sources at all.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. eh bien mon prince (talk) 00:34, 10 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
