April 2024[edit]

Information icon Hi Feldonian! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Long-distance trail that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. Arcendeight (talk) 22:36, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Ah - thank you for the advice regarding an innocent mistake. I'm very impressed that it was even noticed. I'm afraid I may have repeated the mistake once or twice this evening. Feldonian (talk) 00:33, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Of course! I did the same plenty of times when I started editing! Just wanted to flag since it helps keep page histories intelligible. Happy editing! Arcendeight (talk) 12:39, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
