Speedy deletion of Silvia Valladares de Rodas[edit]

Hello! A few things:

Which username is blocked?
When uploading images that you, yourself have not created they must comply with Wikipedia's policy on uploading images. That is, unless the picture is in the public domain (meaning, free to use for any purpose unless prohibited by your local laws), you must make sure that the copyright holder allows his/her image to be used in the way that you are using it.
