Robert Twigger

Eric, could I ask you to keep an eye on Robert Twigger? I marked the article as unreferenced/promotional a while ago, but haven't had the time or inclination to tidy it up myself. Bradfordparkavenue (talk · contribs) has twice removed the tags now without addressing the issues. I've left them a polite note and explained myself, but am not sure it will have any effect.
