Spelling[edit]
Spelling is a wonderful problem of having an international encylopaedia (encyclopedia?) I notice that you changed the spelling of manoeuvre to manouver(?), the original is legitimate English spelling; unless the spelling format wanders in and out of UK, Australian or American spelling conventions throughout the article it is probably best to go along with whatever spelling seems to dominate for the sake of consistency. Changing things such as 'colour' to 'color' is just going to start a spelling war with all the Brits, Irish, NZers Ozzies, South Africans etc. etc. Some people have made it a mission to Americanise (Americanize) all the spellings throughout an article, somebody did it to one of mine written in good Australian, I felt culturally assaulted, but I left it that way.

- You stated that I wrote "manouver" [sic], but if you are referring to [1] or [2] or [3] then you either made a typo when writing "manouver" [sic] or, as I believe, you were unsure of exactly how I had spelled it, hence your addition of "(?)". If you, or anyone, could link to where I allegedly made this mistake, it would help. I don't appreciate the apparent incrimination of me as one who would, and according to you had, culturally assault. I've often found across the internet that Americans are stereotyped as ones who'd screw with cultures, do something stupid, or run/govern their country wrongly, but it's often apparent that the accuser is actually the one who displays poor judgement, little intelligence, a snobbish attitude toward Americans, or they're just enveloped in the anonymity provided by the internet and thus enjoy joking around and messing with people by annoying/angering them. I only change the non-American spellings of words if the American ones make more sense. In cases in which non-American spellings are the most reasonable, yet the American spelling is present (i.e. where airplane is present, yet aeroplane seems to be the most reasonable) I will leave it be due to the reason that I think there are more Wikipedians used to the American conventions, and will likely find fault with my change. They are the ones biased toward American spellings, not I. In the cases of manoeuvre/manouver/maneuver I changed it/them to "maneuver" because it is the better spelling and (most, if not all) its pronunciations match "maneuver" best, based on the spelling. This is not a matter of opinion, but reason. Though, you brought up a good point; I will now try to maintain consistency in articles in which I see fit. But, I do apologize for "culturally assaulting" you.
