Hello, Ddinglebb. You have new messages at WP:FEED#User:Ddinglebb.2FIsland_of_Brighton.2C_ON_Canada.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

I tried to answer all your questions, and provided a brief review. I hope it's useful. If you have any more questions, please send me a message. Thanks. Chevymontecarlo 10:40, 12 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to note that as a Toronto-based administrator, the existing title initially made me suspicious that the topic might be unverifiable nonsense, but having read through it in depth and having reviewed Chevy's feedback, I'd be happy to move the page to the Murray Isthmus title for you if you'd like. Let me know. Bearcat (talk) 18:33, 14 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Moving to a Murray Isthmus title would be great. I have a number of other references for the motivations behind the route of the canal, and have actually found evidence of further boundary changes immediately after the 1851 creation of the township. Will add those. The Murray Isthmus title is pretty good. It is the historic name for the peninsula. Prince Edward County came later. The references I have support this.

I have also asked for a link from the Town of Brighton article. Regards Ddinglebb (talk) 19:23, 14 August 2010 (UTC) Also, Moving to a Murray Isthmus title would be great. I have nominated Artificial Island of Brighton, ON Canada, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Artificial Island of Brighton, ON Canada. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
