Sorry for the delay again, this week became quite busy in a hurry. Anyhow, the main policy your draft falls afoul of is our verifiability policy, which holds that everything written on Wikipedia should be verifiable in reliable, independent sources. Usually, this means that every statement on Wikipedia requires attribution to at least one such source. If you look at Draft:Single-kitchen building, you can see that this is not the case; at times entire paragraphs are unsourced. Other times, the paragraph has a single citation at the end, which nominally means that everything in the paragraph came from that source, but also often means that there once was a single sentence with a source, and other people added to that sentence without sourcing their additions (you'd need to check the German Wiki's page history to see which is the case).

There are some other concerns; I see, for example, this:

"The time is approaching when, in the middle and lower strata of society, the hearth-fire will go out to blaze brighter in beautifully appointed public kitchens." — Hedwig Dohm, Der Jesuitismus im Hausstande [13]

That [13] at the end is usually caused by people copy-pasting text, citation and all, which could be a copyright problem, licensing dependent. I'm not actually too concerned about that, as it's a short quote, and we can claim fair use for snippets like that in almost all cases, but it is a problem that we don't know what the original source was.

You will most likely need to delete the unsourced statements and replace them with your own (cited) statements you can find in sources you have access to. I can (and will, if you remind me) provide more specific and detailed feedback as you address these issues. Okay, I believe it's ready for review. Hope this rises to Wikipedian standards -- my first authoring of a page! I have been a little nervous about adding visuals -- there are many images I would like to use, but I'm not completely certain of the permissions protocol here. Guidance would be greatly appreciated.
