Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Wangdeqing.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

As reviewing administrator, I deleted this article. Please see WP:CORP. You need to show notability with references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online, but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases You also need to write like an encyclopedia article, not a press release--don't praise yourself, say what you do. And, do not copy from a web site -- first it's a copyright violation, but, even if you give us permission according to WP:DCM, the tone will not be encyclopedic and the material will not be suitable. For further information see our FAQ about business, organizations, and articles like this. I advise you not to create articles unless you have good references at hand.
