exCONT icons not swapped[edit]

This bot has made countless incorrect edits to perfectly good route maps - left pointing arrows are replacing right pointing ones and vice versa. I expect from your comments elsewhere that you would do this anyway, but please don't run the bot until we conclude the discussion at WT:BRFA. In particular, I made a suggestion that may make the replacements faster by taking care of all the icons in two passes total rather than three passes per pair. Thanks!
