Examinership - EU Insolvency Regulation[edit]
Thanks for the useful comment. When I find a couple of hours, I need to update this article a little to reflect the amendments to the Rules of the Superior Courts effected by S.I. 121 of 2012, which makes more explicit, in Irish Law, the effects of the Insolvency Regulation on the examinership process and will reflect this then. Bankruptcy in the Republic of Ireland[edit]
Hi,
You previously heplfully commented on Examinership. Another editor tag bombed Bankruptcy in the Republic of Ireland and a discussion ensued on the talk page from which he walked away. While I agree that the article in question could be improved, given time, I do not agree that most of the tags are warranted. In particular, I do not see that a conflict of interest arises merely because I am a lawyer, or that primary sources are too closley assiciated with the subject in light of WP:MOSLEGAL. However, I am reticent to remove such tags myself.
As somebody who has previously looked at an Irish insolvency article you might take a quick look. If you would like to leave feedback on the article's talk page in relation to any of the tags that you believe have merit that would be much appreciated. As regards the POV tag, in particular, I believe the protocol is that it would be inappropriate for any one user to remove this, rather please leave a comment on the talk page and it can be removed when the discussion has stopped for a sufficient period of time see WP:TAGGING.
