Help with AfD[edit]

Chery, there is currenty an AfD that we really need a native Hungarian to help with. Would you mind? Jean-Pierre_Ady_Fenyo (AfD Discussion). He claims that his verifiability is in Hungarian print, especially in Budapest. We would appreciate your opinions on the matter. --Michael (talk) 23:36, 27 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Garry Winogrand[edit]

Nice addition to the article, thanks. Do you have any information on the photo, such as when and where it was taken? Winogrand was an art photo professor of mine in the mid-70s at UT. I'd say this photo is at least 10-15 years before then. Winogrand was much grizzlier when I knew him. SteveHopson 18:57, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately I have no such information about the photo, and looking up images.google.com doesn't help much either. I just found it on Italian Wikipedia, and that it was released into public domain. What you say sounds interesting, though. Seems you were lucky. :) What did he teach to you? chery 12:26, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Mainly he taught me a deep appreciation of documentary photographers such as Cartier-Bresson. My favorite classes of his were when he would show slides and comment on the photos. SteveHopson 18:27, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi![edit]

Hi chery :)

You did some nice prettyfying on the table in Zen. If you'd like to get involved at the Wikipedia:Zen Collaboration of the Month we'd love to have you involved. Rentwa 11:59, 17 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, thanks for your message and sorry for my late answer! I don't know very much about Zen factually, unfortunately, but I'll see what I can do. Maybe some typography and wikiformat sometime. :) chery 16:43, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

56[edit]

Szia Chery, thanks for your support vote on the 56 article. However, please edit your support post so you state a reason WHY you support the nomination and verifying that you have been involved in the editing. Otherwise, apparently, your vote won't count. K. Lastochka 23:52, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, I didn't know I have to be involved for my vote to count. Isn't that place for a little bias? If I was involved, why wouldn't I support? Thanks for noticing! chery 06:17, 13 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You’re welcome. Hope I didn’t cause you much discomfort. :) chery 23:43, 2 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I redirected Taijiquan Classics to Tai chi classics. There was no important material that wasn't redundant. Thanks for pointing out the duplicate! --Bradeos Graphon Βραδέως Γράφων (talk) 03:40, 28 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thanks for fixing the problem! I was too tired to inspect the articles further… :) chery (talk) 03:44, 28 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
