Translation[edit]

Can you help translate this for me to swedish? Many thanks in advance!

The communist government allocated substantial resources to the development of agriculture. Large-scale programs of land reclamation, soil improvement, and irrigation, as well as increased use of fertilizers, all contributed to a significant expansion of agricultural production. Yet, despite impressive gains, agricultural production continues to be hindered by the persistence of traditional farming methods, low mechanization, and a lack of material incentives to encourage farmers to produce. This lasting legacy of the forced collectivization of agriculture and the abolition of private property has made it necessary to return land to the peasants and allow them to raise crops and livestock for private profit. The expansion of private agriculture is intended to pave the way for the introduction of new farming techniques and mechanization.

Re: User on Swedish WP[edit]

Hello Tyomitch. Have you registered and used User:Tyomitch on Swedish Wikipedia? –Caesar 10:27, 5 February 2006 (UTC)

I did not. It looks like some kind of bad joke. Is the text at sv:Användare:Tyomitch a literal Swedish translation of User:Tyomitch? (FTR, I can't even read Swedish, let alone write it.) --tyomitch 18:08, 19 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
It's machine translated, badly.
The account did create some havoc by putting warning signs on newcombers' user discussions, but was only active for half an hour before being blocked for a week. I've now blocked him indefinitely for impersonating you. Caesar 18:33, 19 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of talk page[edit]

It doesn't appear to meet the criteria for speedy deletion - I'd be inclined to just blank it on the grounds that it's not English even if that does leave a blue link. However, I'll get a second opinion as I only became an admin today :-) —Whouk (talk) 20:50, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have consulted and am told that deletion is OK, so consider it gone. —Whouk (talk) 20:56, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Caesar! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 941 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

Ang. wikiträff[edit]

Hej, Caesar!

—Preceding unsigned comment added by GretaSSS (talkcontribs) 10:08, 17 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Real Humans, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Android and Swedish (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Proposed deletion of Destination Goa[edit]

The article Destination Goa has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable compilation series. Discog listings only.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
