As for the current reverts happening in unit root, I'd like to please ask your to discuss the matter with me or MrOllie before reverting anything again.
MrOllie raised a correct problem with the article, which was the WP:UNDUE weight given to the Sargan-Barghava test when compared with the other tests.
At least that's what I concluded by giving a look into the academic literature.
(and I believe I serve as a neutral third point of view here, as I'm not involved with the article nor MrOllie).
If you think I'm wrong, and the Sargan-Barghava test is particularly more notable or popular than the other tests, I'm 100% willing to listen to you.
The Wikipedia guidelines say you'll need a WP:SECONDARY source (i.e., a paper that is not authored by neither Sargan nor Barghava) to base that assertion on.
The kind of academic works that state things like "method X is the most popular" are surveys and literature reviews such as
- Maddala, Gangadharrao S., and Shaowen Wu. "A comparative study of unit root tests with panel data and a new simple test." Oxford Bulletin of Economics and statistics 61.S1 (1999): 631-652.
