{unblock reviewed|1=I was blocked about 7 months ago by Alkivar for reasons unknown at the time. I was slightly belligerent because I believed the block to be unjust (I would rarely make edits myself and would just amuse myself by reading articles on cold fusion etc.) I continued to use wikipedia however as a reading resource, but when I noticed an innaccuracy I was not able to fix it. I recently discovered that my 14 year old step-son (13 at the time) had made a series of very innappropriate edits which rightfully earned my IP address an indefinite block. His online priveledges have now since been revoked. Temporarily. I now appeal to you, I wish to have my IP unblocked so that I can be productive member of the Wikipedia community once again. Thank you for your time.|decline=Your request for unblocking has been declined due to your history of vandalism and/or disruption to this encyclopedia. However, we are willing to give you another chance provided that you can earn back the trust of the Wikipedia community. To be unblocked you need to demonstrate that you are willing and able to contribute positively to Wikipedia. You can do this by:

  • Familiarizing yourself with our basic rules.
  • Pick any pre-existing article you wish to improve.
  • Click edit this page on that article and scroll down past the message informing you of your block.
  • Copy the source of that article and paste it to the bottom of your talk page under a new top-level heading (like this: = Article title =)
  • Propose some significant and well researched improvements to your article by editing your personal copy of the article.
  • When are you are done with your work, re-request unblocking and an administrator will review your proposed edits.
    • If we are convinced that your proposed edits will improve Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, you will be unblocked.

If you need help while working with your proposed edits, you may add "{{helpme|your question here}}" to your talk page. Thank you. — nat.utoronto 02:07, 4 January 2008 (UTC)}}[reply]

{unblock|These aren't significant edits in the sense that I rewrote entire articles, but I did change some factual innaccuracies. When I see something that simply isn't true, I am going to be inclined to change it. With the Ja Rule article I simply removed 2 facts that were stated earlier in the paragraph. In the Tupac article, i removed the claim that a photograph taken of him was during his last moments alive rather than his last moments before getting shot. In the All Bout U article I removed all claims that Snoop Dogg was in the song when it was Dru Down that was rapping in a manner similar to Snoop Dogg(Changes similar to this can, and hopefully will be made in the All Eyez on Me article}}

NOTE TO REVIEWING ADMIN: I have restored the users work below, after an other user removed it. I have turned all images into links to the images due to WP:FAIRUSE. I have similarly commented off the image in the infobox for the same reason.עוד מישהו Od Mishehu 15:47, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm unblocking. We have no way of knowing whether you are telling the truth or not about your son being the one who made the inappropriate edits back in June. I am glad to hear you have disciplined him, but please take the additional step of logging out when you are done editing: at least that way, if he misbehaves again, we'll be able to tell it wasn't you. In any case, the abuse was not so severe that we need to worry about unblocking you six months later. Obviously, though, further actions like that would lead to your being blocked again. License tagging for File:Nuno.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Nuno.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 02:07, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
