In response to your removing the reception section on that page:

Every article that deals with a fictional subject (in this case: the characters of Dogs: Bullets & Carnage) needs to demonstrate enough notability to warrant its own article. That is why there is a reception section on the article. The reception in that article deals with comments from reliable reviews that praise or criticize the characters. Therefore, the section is not in the wrong place. In addition, the section you remove from the lead summarizes the reception section. If there is any confusion, please consult the Manual of Style (anime and manga articles) or ask at WikiProject Anime and Manga's talk page. ~Itzjustdrama ? C 03:08, 7 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
