Hi. Are you sure that A prune affair was a G1? It was coherent and sensical enough for me to understand what it was about. Lankiveil (speak to me) 03:11, 29 March 2008 (UTC).[reply]

No worries, we all make a few mistakes when learning =). Just remember that {{db-nonsense}} is only for totally incoherent articles, not for articles on unimportant things. Lankiveil (speak to me) 03:41, 29 March 2008 (UTC).[reply]

Umbilicaria species[edit]

Yes, I believe so, although I didn't think about it. THanks for pointing that out. I've categorized it as such now. Sci girl (talk) 21:35, 19 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Temple of Dendur - Metropolitan Museum.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Temple of Dendur - Metropolitan Museum.JPG. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 01:09, 20 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ISBNs for Bonchurch[edit]

Is it still necessary to include the ISBNs for the books in the references section?

No, I don't think so. To be honest, I think the template was unnecessary in the first place if the 'Sources' section gave ISBNs at the time it was tagged. Wikipedia:Citing sources#cite-note_3 is a good example of this in use on an official guideline page. Sorry to bother you - I'm deleting the message now... --Peeky44 (talk) 00:58, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Off the Beat (University of Pennsylvania) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.  IShadowed  ✰  01:48, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re: marked an article for speedy deletion[edit]

Appellative, Thank you for your notice. I nominated your article for speedy deletion, because a college accapella group is usually not notable. Please read WP:N before creating article further. let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks,  IShadowed  ✰  02:20, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"No footnotes"? Yes, it has. PamD 23:05, 13 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
