Mirrors[edit]

Thanks for contributing to the article Anita Bobasso. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! Thank you Sam Kuru for your advice. Anita Bobasso is part of the history of Argentina singers from the 20 century ( she was born in 19 century). Back in time, there was not the kind of press and material available like we have now. Just a few newspapers and magazines, maybe radio and nothing else. Also they did not kept copies like they do today. BUT I was lucky to find several things in the internet ( a lot) from Europe archives, Brazil archives, google books and from the last 2 movies she did when she was 90 years old. please check the bio again and let me know. Sourcing request and COMMONNAME notice[edit]

Hello, I have noticed all your messages pertaining to my follow-up edits to both Anita Bobasso and Evelyn (impersonator). First, in regards to the latter article, we usually name articles as per WP:COMMONNAME, which a majority of sources have referred Jorge Perez by his stage name, hence why the move was made. I insist there is no other motive behind the move. As for Anita, we cannot accept images from Flickr or Google as they are considered unreliable per various discussions across this project. Furthermore, there is no reason to note whether an individual "did not reach" a certain age; we do not do this for other biographies. Anita Bobasso[edit]

Dear Jalen:

Anita Bobasso was a representative of the tango, the typical song of Argentina. It is easy to see in the number of external links to newspapers and magazines of the time talking about her. Keep in mind that at that time (more than 100 years ago) there were no publications like today, however she has many! and all of them refer to Anita as "the Argentine star" of the song. Also, the movies she did being almost 90 years old!.removing her would be a discrimination against older people and an insult to "tango". Consider it please.
