Covid-19 pandemic in Cook Islands

Hello Aeonx, I understand your POV to not consider a historical case has a active case, but I think that "misinformation" is a very excessive word. I always sourced my informations and the other contributors did the same. Can we discuss in article's talk page before take radical decision? RNZ and Cook Islands News titled "First positive case" (https://www.rnz.co.nz/search/results?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=cook+islands&commit=Search) before correct with historical case (for RNZ). Palau count historical cases as a case, active does not mean "not a case". Kiribati has detected two cases but the government has not updated they website on Covid, so we can not just use official websites, we have to use other reliable sources as Newspaper of Government social media. Then, https://www.health.gov.ck/covid19/ is not the only source to use. I understand the POV to not consider this case has a "normal" case, but we could register it has a suspected case at least, what do you think about this?, Sorry if I was disrespectful, but I feel insulted with this word. I hate fake news and conspiracy-theory and I attached to sources., Regards, Sami270 (talk) 13:32, 14 June 2021 (UTC)

Hello, I have seen your message on User talk:Andykatib. So, I am agree with you and with this explications. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Best regards, Sami270 (talk) 12:45, 15 June 2021 (UTC)
@Sami270:, sorry if I offended you. Granted there is some interpretation that misinformation implies nefarious intent, I did not, and do not imply this; simply taking the WP definition of the word misinformation as meaning 'inaccurate' or misleading information, for which there is no blame. Information about current events changes rapidly and the accuracy of media reports can vary. Aeonx (talk) 10:58, 16 June 2021 (UTC)
Hello Aeonx, I did not understand this word in this meaning, sorry for the misunderstanding and thank you for your vigilance. Have a nice day. Sami270 (talk) 12:26, 16 June 2021 (UTC)
