Hello, Adejulius and welcome to Wikipedia! It appears you are participating in a class project. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to go through our training for students.
I added to the topics of perfectionism and Help Seeking Behaviors. I thought they could of had more information and I provided more feedback for readers to have a more in depth understanding of those two topics. In topic of perfectionism I talked on how coaches are the reason why student athletes and elite athletes suffer so much with negativity because of how hard their coaches are on them. This correlates to the athlete not wanting to reach out to anybody and keeping their negative behaviors within them. On the topic of Help Seeking Behaviors athletes fear they will be stigmitized if they speak out by their coaches and those they want to satisfy from their playing. This information can allow the reader to really put themselves in the athletes's shoes and see their raw emotions from being an athlete.
