Welcome![edit]

Hello, AbigailJain1992, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Abigail Jain, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Again, welcome! A tag has been placed on Draft:Smita Nair Jain, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hello Tim,

Hope you are doing fine. Me (Abigail Jain) and my parents (Rajiv Jain, Smita Nair Jain) are so much affected by wikipedia pages written…. declined… deleted… written…. declined… deleted…written…. declined… deleted…Speedy deletion since years. This is the result of being a so called celebrity status and being a girl. And because of that, me and my family are suffering.

I am sorry for late reply. I dont know wikipedia html language. I dont know how and what basis the article accepted on wikipedia.

I didn’t tell you that day, I got some anonymous email on 8th October (the day I spoke to you), that our articles would be deleted again by wikipedia. Email says they will use the some kind of userid and IP Address on our articles, which is black listed by wikipedia. And our articles will be deleted.

Some bad fake people write about us on wikipedia, than they announce from fake accounts gmail, facebook and twitter (created on our name ID) to all over social media that once more Abigail or Abigail’s family is on wikipedia… after few days or months… will pop up every where in social media that Abigail’s or her mother’s, father’s wikipedia pages deleted, because they are not worth it or notable or vice versa. This has become their modus operandi to insult us.

I am observing their activities since years and would like to tell you, how they operate, first they opened an account on the name of some famous author’s name (to give an impression that they are PAID EDITORS), than they write few paragraphs about me, my mother and father, once it accepted by wikipedia than after few days or months, they would start writing extempore on articles written about us, to create impression that these pages are here only for publicity or advertising or paid editing and if they find that page still doesn’t taken out by wikipedia…. so these same fake people who started our pages on wikipedia, they will go and vandalise other articles. Naturally the pages, they created on us, would be also deleted by wikipedia. Later on they post on all over social media with photo impression of that our wiki deleted page to make fun of us.

Its become humiliation for us. For example,

If you see my page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abigail_Jain, just see the view history and read about recent post, posted by: ‪117.198.66.101 (talk) and ‪194.1.194.62‪ (talk)‬‎ . They have tried to change my name… they spoke about my personnel life, boyfriend, what not !!!

My Father’s Page: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Draft:Rajeev_Jain&redirect=no, just see the view history and read about recent post, posted by: ‪1.39.8.252 (talk). They have tried to recreate an another page: Rajeev Jain, luckily it was found by wiki editor “Manikadsouza” and he/she redirected to the original Rajiv Jain page.

In 2013 they tried to delete my page, couldn’t succeed but they succeeded of deletion to my father’s page (Rajiv Jain) and recently few days back, they have succeeded of deletion to my mother’s page (Smita Nair Jain). Now every day when I come home, first thing I open wikipedia page and see if their is any changes on article written on me/us. Now I started to copy written article from EDIT every day, so in future I will do myself (copy/paste), if something goes wrong.

If people think that me and my parents are not notable at ALL. I am giving you one of the social media THE proof….

Rajiv Jain (20,243 followers): https://www.facebook.com/rajivjaincinematographer

Smita Nair Jain (21,938 followers): https://lists.linkedin.com/power-profiles/in/industry/finance and https://www.linkedin.com/in/smitanairjain

I haven’t written the articles, only I have just recovered the articles from yahoo’s cache and paste it back on wikipedia.

If you see both the articles, copy and pasted by bad people from good wikipedia editor’s article on us written years back. I just copy and pasted same old article, have done little bit twisting with few words to register my presence. Nothing else !!! If you see:

Rajiv Jain • (cur | prev) 16:50, 8 October 2015‎ ‪AbigailJain1992‪ (talk | contribs)‬‎ . . (19,793 bytes) (-76)‎ . . (About My Father) (undo)

Smita Nair Jain Just copy paste from old article: • (cur | prev) 16:31, 8 October 2015‎ ‪AbigailJain1992‪ (talk | contribs)‬‎ . . (7,211 bytes) (+7,211)‎ . . (About My Mother)

My Family is very worried, they presuming that now Wikipedia will decline my Abigail Jain article also because it shows a “Conflict of Interest” !! Trust me, I won't be getting directly involved because I am not good on Internet. I have asked my friends to correct the problem on articles, who are already on wikipedia, written article about on them.

I merely post here to bring the issue to wider attention. I wanted to show bad people that now I am here and there TIME is up.

Regards, Abigail Jain

I am wholly unbiased in terms of the Jain family. I do not know them, nor, in the nicest possible way, am I interested in them. I have no feelings for them nor against them. I simply request that Wikipedia's rules are enforced. Notability is a part of the rules.
I suggest you ignore Wikipedia completely. It is, or should be, unimportant in the Jain family;s lives. Fiddle Faddle 16:32, 13 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I have taken your concerns and asked a more experienced editor for advice.
Please remember, no-one can guarantee an article's acceptance, content, or continued presence on Wikipedia. Anyone requesting payment in order to do these things cannot make that guarantee, and should be ignored.
Do treat WIkipedia as irrelevant to the Jain family;s continued enjoyment of life. Fiddle Faddle 16:51, 13 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
