thanks eric. i will look at that guideline. i also stumbled across the names of wiki administrators who are involved in criminal biographies and at least one is willing to look over my work. I recommend that an autobot tell a newbie about your adopt program just like one taught me about the four tilde signoff. When i first submitted an article, had it put into AfD immediately, and watched a pack of surly reductionists start throwing WP:SNOW and WP:COI and untrue personal attacks at me, i felt overwhelmed but now i am a little more street wise. aar095 14:33, 6 January 2013 (UTC)

We are seeking an impartial admin with knowledge of WP:NOT as it applies to stub articles about serial killers to vet this article before resubmission. The article was Afd, resubmitted and then deleted for nonconsensus although admin Xymmax made this userfy copy and suggested it could be salvaged. aar095 04:58, 6 January 2013 (UTC)
