Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 17:04, 28 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Billy Joel edit[edit]

The error in your edit is changing the word "nearly" to "early." And since your changes were pretty minor (and I didn't see what was objectionable with the original), I just undid the change. But if you feel strongly about it and want to re-introduce those changes (minus the error), that's fine with me.Jpcohen (talk) 20:18, 29 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, just so you know, you do not have to place "~~~~" into your edit summaries. Four tildes are mandatory on talk pages, but when you make an edit, you are automatically identified as its author (see for example [1]). Toccata quarta (talk) 18:42, 3 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Steely Dan dependent clause[edit]

Whoops, right you are, and my face is red. Good work on the copyedits throughout that article, it looks great. CCS81 (talk) 15:36, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
