Notice of copyright violation[edit]

I'm not violating copyright because every single contribution to the original article comes from my account. The only exceptions to this are notices which are not included in the version I uploaded. Read the edit history. I am the sole contributor and creator of everything you see in this article so if I am guilty of copyright it is only against myself. I can't nominate the article because it doesn't even have the correct name (some fellow decided to move it for no reason, and despite my requests for this to be reversed, it was moved to more incorrect names by others and it is impossible for me to move it back to the original name now). I have appealed this to the admins but they don't care, and all that has happened is more people with no knowledge are moving it to incorrect names. This article was already approved and it should be reasonably proven that it is not fit to be published, rather than for me to have to wait indefinitely. If you want to do that it may require some work or reading, which I understand is hard, it's much easier to click delete. If you see a problem, then why don't you try to solve it, that's how things get built and improved upon, deleting solves nothing and creates nothing. SKIBLY10118:02, 1 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@SKIBLY101: Even if that were true (which it isn't - there are many contributions from others (8) even if they have been reversed in some way), it does not matter. The entire edit history must be preserved. That is why cut and paste moves are prohibited precisely because they are a copyright violation under the licence conditions. You are also not permitted to reinstate a deleted article especially when you have circumvented the AfD process. 86.158.241.251 (talk) 18:07, 1 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@86.158.241.251: Putting a cute message in brackets doesn't constitute an argument. It is true. The sole contributions from others were the creation and deletion of notices. If you can give a single counter-example I will await. Everything I copied I created. If I am guilty of anything it is not violating copyright, I didn't claim, directly or indirectly as my own anything which was not created by me. If you want to do something helpful and have the powers to do so I would recommend deleting the page Draft:Sir Donough O'Brien (which is now a redirect) so that the current draft page can be moved there. @SKIBLY101: Cut and paste moves are prohibited. End of argument. You need to do as you were told and move the current draft via WP:RM and then nominating that draft for creation. 86.158.241.251 (talk) 19:17, 1 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
