Why not join in the discussion and try to reach concensus instead of just reverting people's contributions. No-one's advertising on the SLA page, we are just trying to add the requested citations. Welkin19 (talk) 07:41, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have done exactly that, and explained many times that ITIL should not be elevated as you are attempting. You seem to simply ignore this point, and persist with the promotion.
