Are for discussing improvements to articles, not as forums about Wikipedia, or how nation states act. As far as I know any block imposed by the Chinese state cannot be actioned by the WMF, or admins. Thus there is not point complaining to us about something we have no control overt.Slatersteven (talk) 11:46, 5 October 2019 (UTC)
