Psychosocial maturity article is more complex than it seems, and cognitive capacity/psychosocial maturity may vary by country. In the article, it is stated that cognitive capacity is recorded to increase linearly from age 20 to 30 in China, but this is not seen in the United States. Interestingly and relating to my change in the article, Jordan cognitive capacity is tested to cap out at 14. I thought this was an interesting facet. Psychosocial maturity also increases linearly into the 30s in several countries outside of the US.
