My brother shane is the one who was blocked. I have just registered and I would like to edit articles.

My brother Shane`s username is Shanequinlan01. He was blocked for uploading pictures with false information. Block him totally or something. The I.P adress is 84.203.181.35.

His block will expire and we hope he will contribute constructively in future. If he doesn't, his account will be blocked again, and for longer each time. Each block will affect you automatically because you use the same computer. So perhaps you need to remind him : the Wikipedia community no longer trust him to upload images. If he never uploaded a single image again, there would be less trouble for both of you. He will save the pair of you trouble by never uploading another image again. You might consider trying to enforce this (how is up to you, but as the co-user of this computer, you will suffer if he does - and if he is blocked permanently, so would you be, I'm afraid). Autoblock lifted - you should now be able to edit again, as long as you log in. The next time your brother uploads an image with no tag or the incorrect tag, he will be permanently blocked from editing here. That will have a large effect on your editing, as it will be very difficult to allow you to edit but prevent him. So the chances are you will also be permanently blocked.
