Request reason:

The reason that my IP address is blocked is not true. I didn't intend to harass any user. I just asked them a question. But they didn't answer that. So I deleted the question part. Because i am not considered acceptable to have the question part without the answer. But this work has been termed as "harassment". But I don't think it. So I request to unblock my IP address. I am drawing the attention of administrators.
