Your username is not offensive, agreed, but within the English wikipedia it is, or would be, very confusing. Would it suit you to create a username using ordinary English characters? --Anthony.bradbury"talk" 12:18, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This user has pointed to his/her name on the Chinese Wikipedia as justification for using it here, but on the Chinise Wikipedia that account has only made 11 edits. They were all made today and seem to consist solely of messages left on user talk pages asking to be banned for violating the username policy. --auburnpilot talk 14:51, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

{{unblock|I need the global account so that I can be "activated" for editing Wikipedia, especially the English one. In addition, doesn`t the account need to be unblocked before Wikipedia:Changing username? Moreover, since my username is not offensive, the block is in fact not necessary to prevent damage or disruption, which is clearly stated on Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks. However, I will not accept creating new English Wikipedia account because this will insult me seriously.}}

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

This username is not confusing or offensive, nor is there any other problem with it. It should never have been blocked in the first place, but en's username policy was rather draconian in the past.

Usurping an account on French Wikipedia[edit]
