Bali United Football Club is a professional association football club based in Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia. The club was founded in 2015 following Putra Samarinda's relocation to Gianyar from Samarinda.[1] Bali United continued in Putra Samarinda's league place which, after finishing 6th in the East Region in the previous season, was in the 2015 Indonesia Super League. They have played at their current home ground, Kapten I Wayan Dipta Stadium, since their foundation.

This list details the major honours won by the Bali United, records set by the players, head coaches, and by the club. The player records section includes details of the club's leading goalscorers and those who have made most appearances in first-team competitions. It also records notable achievements by Bali United players on the international stage. Attendance records at their home ground are also included in the list.

Bali United have won one major honour in the Indonesian football league, winning the Liga 1 in the 2019 season with 10 points margins from Persebaya, becoming the first title in the club history.[2]
