Jeroen Weimar is a public servant and urban planner. Born in the Netherlands, Weimar worked in the United Kingdom as an administrator at Transport for London, and later moved to Australia to become CEO of Public Transport Victoria. During the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in Australia, he was appointed to command Victoria's testing and contact tracing operation, and became a prominent public figure addressing the well-publicised failures of the system.
