Lynda Ddane real name Lynda Uwamahoro Ddane was born on October 25, 1994, and she has a Rwandan heritage. According to Lynda, she says she has 13 names but she decided to just use these three. Lynda attended Makerere University and graduated. She is a Ugandan ambassador

Lynda Ddane is a young talented female media personality and she hosts various TV shows which include; NTV dance party and NTV Da beat. She also hosts Da hook on Kfm radio which is a mid-morning show and runs Monday to Friday.

She is also a fashionista and she is among the female entertainers that have a sense of fashion.  

Lynda first appeared on our screens when she was co-hosting a show known as Jam 101 together with Calvin Da Entertainer later resigning and joining NTV under the Nation media group.

She is well known for her beautiful smile that makes most men wish to have the taste of her pie.

Lynda attended Makerere University and graduated.

According to Lynda, her school life was a fan and she remembers being a naughty one who was stubborn and jumpy. She wanted to be a TV presenter or a designer from her tender age.

TV and radio career[edit]

Lynda Ddane started her TV career from Urban TV where she was co-hosting a show known as camps 101 but she later quit the show because she was not earning and she had just joined campus.

Lynda later got an opportunity and joined UBC TV where she started co-hosting a music show known as jam 101 together with Calvin Da Entertainer.

TV and radio career[edit]

Lynda Ddane started her TV career from Urban TV where she was co-hosting a show known as camps 101 but she later quit the show because she was not earning and she had just joined campus.

Lynda later got an opportunity and joined UBC TV where she started co-hosting a music show known as jam 101 together with Calvin Da Entertainer.

She worked at UBC for some time then later she decided to resign from the station and concentrate on short comedy skits she was uploading on her Instagram page. Lynda later got an opportunity and joined Da Beat on NTV which was a turning point.

NTV Da Beat is a weekly TV show that airs on NTV and it’s a music show. She hosts it with Daggy nice and another presenter knew as Sammy. Lynda currently also hosts a show known as the Dance party which airs every Saturday at 10 pm together with Esco and Crysto panda.

Lynda Ddane has also pursued a radio career and she started with Radio city where she was hosting a morning show but a few months back she got a chance and joined Kfm where she hosts a show known as Da hook which was hosted by Freddie before he resigned.

She is also a model and she has done small modelling projects, when asked about a person who inspires her a lot Lynda says Zari and she loves her sense of fashion.

Lynda is also a video vixen and her first song was mundawo which turned out to be a hit and she gave the song a lot of mileage because of her brand.

Controversy[edit]

At the peak of the covid-19 crisis, a rumour started making rounds on social media of how Lynda was dating a fellow workmate known as Dj Brian and his Dj.

But Lynda said this wasn’t true but before this, it was said that Lynda had started dating B2C’S Bobby Lash and they had developed a feeling after Lynda had appeared in mundawo song where she acted as a vixen.

Lynda trashed these allegations saying that they were not true.

Some people have a problem with Lynda especially when it comes to the kind way she dresses. At one time pictures of her were all over the media when she was not putting on panties.

But she later came out and said that she was just putting on t- string which also created another controversy on the media.

When NTV and NBS started competing during the Saturday dance parties, Zahara Toto who hosts NBS SNL went on her Twitter page and attacked Lynda Ddane calling her a clown who dresses in borrowed clothes but Lynda never responded to her.
