I'm just starting to get my Wiki-feet wet, and am still learning about the techniques, styles, and policies that work here. I welcome feedback on my contributions.

On a personal level, I'm a singer-songwriter with a day job hailing from Chicago, IL. I'm also a practicing pagan with sixteen years of experience in various divinatory arts and related "woo woo" traditions. I approach all of my endeavors with a healthy skepticism and a recognition that my spirituality (and its accoutrements) is based in stories every bit as mythological as those of any ancient people...which doesn't take away its validity in the slightest. I believe that - just like it replaced Zeus with static electricity - science will one day explain every unknown.

I value paradox and healthy discussion with room for a multiplicity of viewpoints.
