As we’re all familiar with the INDUSTRIAL PSYCHOLOGY –“the state of mind to get the better performance on job”...now after studied this, we’ve got one important question, the question is “what are the importance of Ind. Psychology.....??? no psychology, no bureocracy... 1st...In every organization, to get the appropriate results from workers,ind. psychology seems helpful.

2nd... In Developing new methods/techniques to do work in a minimum time + at minimum cost but to get max. Output than it’s input or the sum of inputs.

3rd... Helpful in Achieving the high performances.

4th... In human understanding.

5th....Important In every-management to increase working efficiency & reducing working deficiency on job.

6th...To rise dormant power at workplace or to devlope more techniques to achieve more output’s so as to earn maximum profit & prosperity as well.

7th...It’s helpful in reducing undesired situations.

8th... Helpful In motivating employees by providing proper workplace according to his willingness’s...

9th... After knowing the psychology of other, we can put him or provide him better environment (physical & mental as well) according to his needs....

10th....Helpful in re-organising the ability of every individual.

11th...In judging the financial + non-financial character.

organisation – ind. Relation = deficiency in ind. Psychology...

Ind. psychology + developing new technologies = max. output + increase in eff.

Have a look below on my note :) The last four points are much important...the importance of ind. Psychology is as much imp. In every field as success of every ind. In his life... Because.....

High performance – ind. Psychology = unmorality + zero prosperity.

Everything – ind. Psychology = nothing.

Success – life = worthless life.

Thus...ind. psychological importance are important in every field, if the field wants to get / achieve his objective in a max. Production & prosperity as well....
