SCC is shorthand for Shining Chaos Chao, an internet alias used by a member of GameFAQs. This same user also goes by the alias of TenaciousXD, a pun which is derived from Jack Black's rock band, Tenacious D and the internet emoticons "XD" which is sometimes used in place of lol.
