The Flag of the Silesian Voivodeship is a bicolor of dark blue and gold.

It consists of a dark blue field with a narrow gold stripe in the center. The colors of the flag comes from the Voivodeship’s coat of arms. It was adopted on 11 June, 2001 by the Silesian Assembly. [1]

The variant flag is a dark blue field and a gold eagle to the style of Lower Silesia’s eagle, without the cross on the wings.
