Perkele is a Swedish working class Oi! band who formed in 1993 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The band released their fist album Från Flykt Till Kamp in 1998 followed by the album Voice Of Anger in 2000. Perkeles third album No Shame released in 2003, would be the first to win them wide spread popularity. Although Perkele had gained a loyal following with the Swedish Punk and Oi! scene No Shame would be the album that flung them into the international limelight. Perkeles style is heavily influenced by Oi!, Street Punk and Pub Rock. Perkele's lyrics mostly focus on working class issues as well as skinheads.
