My main editing subject areas of interest are the East Riding of Yorkshire and North Yorkshire. I generally enjoy sport, geography, history, the natural world & some biographies/ movie info. I believe Wikipedia is one of the greatest educational initiatives ever! I realize some people like mis-editing subjects 'for a laugh' or to be plain malicious, but clearly there are very many people out there who've spent many an hour, collating, producing & imputing valuable insightful information for our world. I'm occasionally puzzled as to what a reliable source is? Some reliable sources are wrong! Whereas personal experience & knowledge can be more accurate, how many newspapers make mistakes or get half a story! However, it is refreshing to see, that most people make a genuine attempt to ensure that the knowledge they update is as 100% accurate as is possible, which is great!
