While I've used Wikipedia for some time - or, to put it another way, I fell upon it like a thirsty man onto a spring a year ago - I've only just started trying to make a contribution myself. This I'll try and fit in between fatherhood (18 month old boy) and a job in investment management.

Interests, Wiki and otherwise

Many and varied ... I'm a keen amateur astronomer (visual only at the moment) and don't like to let the glassware go to waste by also being a bit of a twitcher. When I'm not actively doing something else I can generally be found reading - sci-fi, science, history, novels, something I've picked up off the train seat next to me, frankly anything.

While I'd like to submit an article, given the workload at the moment I'll just stick to the occasional edit / copy-edit. In all honesty, though, I should emphasise that this is in no way a complaint. Let's put it this way, on the shelves in front of me are no fewer than three different editions of Fowler's... *sigh* The pedant lives!
